give people something worth noticing.
We bring ideas, words, design, photography, video and motion together to make work people notice, understand and remember.

The idea should carry the strategy
Good creative starts with what people need to understand, feel or do. The format comes after that.
- One clear thought. Every piece of work should trace back to the same strategic idea.
- Adapt without diluting. The execution can change for the audience or channel without losing what makes the idea recognisable.
- Built to keep working. We create systems your team can use, extend and apply without the work falling apart after launch.

Build the idea from the job
We start with what the work needs to achieve, who it needs to move and what needs to be understood. Then we build the idea around that.

The practical questions behind planning and running your marketing.

Shape the execution for each channel and context without losing what makes the work recognisable.
A creative campaign can include research, a central concept, messaging, copy, design and the assets required for selected channels. The exact mix depends on the audience, budget, timing and media plan. Firebrand defines the required outputs before production begins.
Can Firebrand work within our existing brand?
Yes. We can create new work within an established identity, including its tone, visual system and approval requirements. If the existing brand is getting in the way, we will explain the problem and recommend whether a focused refresh or wider brand project is justified.
Do you provide both copywriting and design?
Yes. Writers and designers can work from the same brief so the message and layout develop together. Firebrand can also provide either discipline separately when a client already has the other capability in place.
Can one campaign idea work across several channels?
Yes, if the idea is strong enough and the execution respects each format. Firebrand builds a flexible creative system around the central message, then adapts the copy, dimensions, duration and interaction for each selected channel.
Do you handle printing and production?
Firebrand can prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate relevant suppliers where agreed. The scope should identify quantities, formats, materials, deadlines and who is responsible for final production approval.
What do you need from us before content production begins?
We need an agreed audience, purpose, message, channels, approvals and access to the people or information behind the work. Firebrand can help develop the brief when those decisions have not yet been made.
Can you create photography and video for several formats at once?
Yes. Planning the formats before the shoot allows framing, duration, orientation and shot requirements to be covered efficiently. We also identify where separate setups are necessary rather than pretending one asset will work everywhere.
How do you measure whether creative work is effective?
The measure depends on the job. It may include response, recall, engagement, conversion, usability or whether a sales team can use the material confidently. Firebrand agrees the measure before judging the work against it.
