make it easier for people to take part.
We help community and not-for-profit organisations explain their purpose, reach the people who matter and build websites, campaigns and content their teams can keep using.

Good work has to hold up in the real world
We help New Zealand community and not-for-profit organisations make their services, information and digital experiences clearer, more accessible and easier to sustain.
- Make it easier for people to find support and take part

FAQs
Questions worth asking before you start

Do you work with charities and community organisations?
Yes, subject to fit and scope. Firebrand's current community page shows a mix of projects, partnerships and supported causes; each relationship should be labelled accurately.
Can you work within a limited budget?
We can help prioritise the decisions and journeys that matter most. The scope needs to be realistic about content, governance and who will maintain the result.
Can you work with staff, volunteers and boards?
Yes. The approval path, decision-makers and time required from each group should be agreed early.
Can you donate or sponsor the work?
Discuss the situation with Firebrand and confirm any support arrangement separately.
