A true team effort, Firebrand's solution for Mercy Hospital is a modern website that puts patients first. The project kicked off with a fantastic design thinking session lead by our own Lynda and including Mercy and Firebrand team members. From these initial ideas, we worked extensively with Mercy's team to create a site structure and content plan that reflected the needs of Mercy's patients, specialists and potential future staff members while telling Mercy Hospital's own story.

Information on the website is organised into key sections with simple pathways and a subtle colour scheme is used to guide navigation, inspired by Mercy's existing brand. A cluttered and confusing menu architecture from Mercy's previous website was overhauled into a simple, usable structure. The patient and visitor journey are arranged into four key stages providing the information people need before, during and after treatment.

The website is fresh and professional with beautiful photography and videography to make visitors feel welcome. Firebrand's amazing videography team of Paul and Jonas did a fantastic job creating several videos explaining Mercy's shared purpose, welcoming patients and staff alike and guiding visitors around the Mercy campus.
