We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who brings strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the confidence to lead client relationships and marketing direction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys moving beyond execution, someone who can understand a business challenge, uncover opportunities, develop smart strategies, and help clients achieve meaningful growth.

What you’ll do

Strategic Marketing Leadership

Develop and lead marketing strategies across key client accounts
Translate business goals into clear marketing direction and actionable plans
Ensure campaigns are driven by insight, purpose, and commercial outcomes
Challenge thinking and identify opportunities that create value for clients

Client Partnership

Become a trusted strategic partner to clients
Lead conversations with business owners and senior stakeholders
Guide marketing decisions and help clients understand where to focus their efforts
Take ownership of strategic outcomes and client success

Campaign Performance

Oversee campaigns from strategy through to execution
Use data, insights, and reporting to improve results
Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support growth

Quality & Collaboration

Work closely with our creative and digital specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes
Provide strategic guidance and feedback to ensure work meets a high standard
Bring new ideas, insights, and marketing trends into client conversations

Are you an experienced marketing professional who:

5+ years’ experience in marketing and strategy, with proven experience developing and delivering strategic marketing solutions (ideally within an agency, consultancy, or client-focused environment)
Understands how marketing connects to business growth and commercial outcomes
Confidently leads client conversations, challenges thinking, and influences decision-making
Has excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to build trusted relationships
Has a strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, grow client relationships, and contribute to new business development
Enjoys solving complex challenges and turning ideas into practical, effective solutions
Is confident using modern marketing platforms, AI tools, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes
