Firebrand's contributions include the creation and maintenance of Port Otago's public website, serving as a vital communication hub. Additionally, we developed a Vehicle Booking System (VBS) for efficient container handling at depots, optimising logistics operations. Firebrand also implemented a specialised Booking System for Tour Operators during the cruise season, streamlining bookings and enhancing tour management.

To enhance the cruise experience, they introduced a dynamic Screen View system displaying real-time data for tours and cruise ships. Through their innovative solutions, Firebrand has elevated Port Otago's digital presence and operational efficiency, making it a modern and customer-centric port.
