When Grand Casino came to Firebrand looking for a redesign we were so excited to get started. This redesign was with the intention that Grand Casino would be able to reposition and entice a new market that will visit this historic Dunedin venue.
The Dunedin Casino approached Firebrand to reposition its brand and marketing presence. Historically, the Dunedin Casino brand was about opulence and grandeur of yesteryear, combined with first-class gaming. But for today’s domestic and International customers, that is not enough. The key focus was to create a brand and experience for the customers at the casino that made locals want to visit and be known as an entertainment centre in the city.
The resulting brand captures both the iconic legacy and bright future of the new Grand Casino. The fresh brand strategy invites the world to look at today’s Grand Casino through a contemporary lens.
The new Grand Casino branding sits alongside a redesigned website, developed by Firebrand, as well as a bespoke marketing strategy that emphasises social media management and consistent implementation.

Grand Casino’s official launch was in April 2021, and since then Grand Casino has held numerous events and implemented the new marketing strategy and branding. The Grand Casino continues to grow its customer base whilst living by its vision: To deliver grand entertainment experiences, every time.
