Our doors will be closed, and phones transferred from 12 pm on Wednesday, the 21st of December 2022. Laptops will be closed, and mobiles will be urgent only as we take time to relax, recharge and refuel in preparation for what is already shaping up to be an exciting 2023. We will return to business as usual on Monday, January 16th, after our team meeting around 11 am.

What is a business-critical Issue? A business-critical issue is when you can't operate your business as usual due to the likes of your website crashing, payment functions on your e-commerce not working, or other such serious impediments to your operations; anything that sits outside of this will be attended to on our return to the office from the 16th of January.
