Some days we all feel a bit jaded, a bit flat, tired, grumpy, emotional, short fused, drained, pooped, manic, happy, like an emotional rollercoaster-rider, or some of us even feel like a half sucked jube (kiwi-ism).
Firstly, let's congratulate ourselves.
We have come so far. We have kept moving and kept our families safe. We reached out to others when they are having low days and they've propped us up when we're having them.
Thanks for the caring.
This is such a long time apart that this Hail Covid -19 Journal has now become an enormous scroll down the screen.
This will pass.
Touch wood, within a week or so we will be back to 1m buddies. The office will be open again and our country will start to heal.
I've had these song lyrics stuck in my head all lockdown. Thought I would share it in the hope it might shake loose of my brain.
Some days are dry, some days are leaky
Some days come clean, other days are sneaky
Some days take less, but most days take more
Some slip through your fingers and onto the floor
Not long to go now before 3D conversations with people who don't occupy your bubble.
