My mediation tonight was best found blasting a large amount of music whilst playing darts with Alex over the interweb.
Some of the hyper-competitive ones of us are missing the camaraderie that comes from competing. Sports was how we got our kick of endorphin but now the virtual world has to step up and offer a watered down version of competition.
So, in the mean time I'll take what I can get and I'll take this friendly distraction from all that is not normal in our healing world.
