Take a walk. Stay in your bubble but you'll be amazed by how much better you'll feel after a nice big walk. 

It makes you feel normal again - apart from the odd dance with strangers as you both try to maintain 2 metres on a narrow footpath.

Bex's walking habit has her completing 10 kms for each day of lock down.  I can see she gets so much done on her walking meetings that it may be the preferred option when we are back in the office.

Even Mika dog is loving the walks - So much she is becoming very demanding. Turn up the sounds and listen to todays outing.

Now, get outside and go and find a bear or two, wave at a neighbour or have a little dance with a stranger.
