This year we had the great pleasure of working with Clutha Development on the brand-new Tracks and Trails map for the Clutha NZ website. This interactive map brings all the useful information for the Department of Conservation walking tracks in one easy-to-find place.
At a glance, you can find all the information you need to plan your trip, including the difficulty of the track, location, distance, and duration. You may even be able to find some hidden gems!
Utilising the data collected by the Department of Conservation and other sources, we were able to display the latest information about all of the walking tracks in the region. This includes the geospatial information collected by DOC workers walking the tracks.
