Who knew that an application that initially hosted viral dance videos would become vital when trying to engage with a younger demographic? With YES providing more opportunities this year (Operation: Find My Job), as well as needing to build overall brand awareness it seemed like the sensible solution to explore new platforms, rather than expect interaction on social media platforms that may not be as commonly used.

TikTok has so far allowed us to create interactive videos explaining what opportunities YES can provide, as well as advertising for upcoming events. We are going to continue rolling out more concepts as the year goes on, with the aim of getting more of our junior team members on the app, posting day in our life videos, and Q & A's around their experiences with interning, and entering the job market.
