The Aotea Electric Auckland team knew it was time to make a place for themselves on the information highway, with the world of digital design and development moving so rapidly and many of their customers moving online, they wanted to provide their clients with a fast, clean and intuitive website that focused on usability and had a uniquely Auckland look and feel, while also embracing the Aotea aesthetic.

"Our clients have always been at the heart of everything we do, so the first job on the list was to consider just what it was that they wanted/needed."

Firstly information, Aotea Electric Auckland offer an expansive range of services in both the domestic and commercial arena but we didn't want their clients to get lost searching through mounds of information to find what they are looking for. To avoid this, their services were broken down into three sections - Residential, Commercial and Communication. Each service has a succinct descriptive blurb, and with the click of a button, this expands into an in-depth outline of the service selected, giving their clients full control of the range of information they receive.

The next consideration was time. Life is busy amongst the hustle and bustle of New Zealand's largest metropolitan city and time is of the essence, so it was key for their clients to be able to access our services swiftly and with ease, so that is exactly what we have done for Aotea Electric Auckland. Their clients are able to book a job directly from the website whether on mobile or desktop, using the 'Book a Job' tab in the navigation bar found at the top of each page.

Once the job is complete they can then refer back to the website to pay their invoices, saving both the client and Aotea team valuable time and essentially making the website a one-stop-shop, from insights and booking through to job completion and payment.
