Southern District Health Board has been getting our community vaccinated ready to enjoy two-shot summer. Firebrand assisted by making content for the Protect What We Love campaign. As the name suggests, the campaign encouraged people to get vaccinated in order to "Protect What We Love."
On Saturday the 16th of October, members of Firebrand headed to the Octagon to capture in photo and video, the excitement and success of SDHB's Super Shot Saturday. The event had a great turnout, and luckily the weather was fantastic. The team from Te Kaika were there to administer the vaccines and from across three sites, they delivered an estimated 1000 vaccinations! There was even a live band to entertain while people waited.
