The solution is based on the development the team at Firebrand delivered alongside FENZ near the end of 2017. The new Fire Permit functionality was adapted to meet the new requirements and a super tight delivery deadline.
Accessible through the public site our custom development gives the public the tools to submit potential Fire Hazards quickly and without a hassle. The system also allows the internal case manager to log in to the custom admin area, view the dashboard and view / edit the potential Fire Hazard case.
It was an exciting and motivating project for the team to be working on knowing that what we deliver could potentially be saving lives and properties!
