The team at Firebrand have been working with writer and advocate for mums, Denise Ives to generate a PledgeMe campaign to raise funds for the publication of the book Mamas In Lockdown.
Mamas In Lockdown is a compilation of 77 stories from Kiwi mums who were pregnant or gave birth during the COVID-19 pandemic and specifically New Zealand Level 4 lockdown.
The project has involved the creation and development of the Mamas In Lockdown brand which has been implemented across both digital and print platforms. The 'Mamas' brand needed to encompass both the strength and love our mums embody which our design team have captured beautifully.
We have created, maintained and grown the Mamas In Lockdown social platforms in hope of supporting Denise to reach her goal of 20k.
As November rolls around we are looking forward to the Mamas In Lockdown Book Launch on the 26th November at the Otago Toitu Settlers Museum and hope to celebrate reaching our goal with Denise.
