Scott Automation set Firebrand the task of developing a world class website with an international feel and focus. Fundamental to the project was incorporating five existing brands under one website while still ensuring strong brand equity for each - no small order! Following on from this was a lead generation campaign and marketing automation integration with global giant Salesforce.
Firebrand's design solution was lead by an extensive information architecture review, bringing the relevant sections from five existing websites into one. The new website maintains the autonomy of each brand, while providing an easy to navigate, cohesive solution for the entire Scott group. The Scott branding informs the overall look and feel with each brand landing page maintaining its own identity.
As an international sales tool, the website is multilingual and the global presence is apparent throughout. Distinct information was carefully crafted for each geographical region. A site-wide Salesforce integration has streamlined orders and made lead generation for Scott's different brands a breeze. Simple eCommerce style product filtering allows users to easily navigate a large number of products from a wide range of industries.
With one website rather than six for the company's key brands, Scott Technology now have the ability to simply and quickly update their online presence. The development of a staff intranet has simplified internal communication and file storage. An in-depth Salesforce integration has streamlined sales processes and generated an impressive number of leads.
