AA Smartfuel Shopify App
AA Smartfuel is one of New Zealand’s most recognisable brands, with over 2.8 million Kiwis registered as customers. Firebrand has worked with AA Smartfuel for some time, so when they approached us to help them develop a Shopify app, we couldn’t wait to get started.
The Brief
AA Smartfuel is one of the leaders in loyalty marketing, with a number of major New Zealand retailers, including Countdown, BP and Contact Energy having found success with its fuel savings and discount programme. AA Smartfuel wanted to develop an app that would allow for this to be put on Shopify eCommerce sites.
The Solution
The resulting solution is an app to be added to Shopify eCommerce sites, tapping into an engaged and highly motivated member base. The app incentivises repeat purchases, has higher conversion rates and shows a growth in customer purchase value.
The Result
One of New Zealand’s best loyalty programmes is now supported by this app. We are proud to see how AA Smartfuel has grown as a result of implementing an easier technological solution for their customers, which will in turn start increasing conversions.
