Sub24 is a natural skincare range developed specifically for young skin. Creator Carolyn came up with the idea for Sub24 after searching high and low for products that were natural, effective, and free of chemical nasties for her own daughters. In response to an obvious gap in the market she set about creating her own line using active botanicals and high quality ingredients.
The range currently includes a gentle daily cleanser, exfoliating scrub and antioxidant rich moisturiser and will be available for sale from early next year.
Firebrand was tasked with developing a brand that would encompass the vision for the product range: Intelligent natural skincare for young people. With the ethos that beauty is about being the best possible version of yourself inside and out the brand needed to feel honest, reflect the quality of the ingredients and appeal to the target audience, young women.
We developed 2 brand directions in response to the brief, however a clear winner emerged with the selected logo providing just the right mix of sophistication, fun and confidence.
With the brand developed we also designed product packaging for the 3 products. Utilising the pastel colour palette a soft pink was chosen (with the help of some market research).
To round off the project we are also currently in the process of designing an ecommerce website that will build brand awareness and allow direct to consumer online sales. All will be revealed in the New Year so keep your eyes peeled for this fabulous range that's going to take New Zealand natural skincare by storm.
