Chatbus work alongside and with both Primary and Intermediate schools, supporting tamariki through all of life's ups and downs. From friendship issues, bullying, family bereavement, and divorce, to serious cases of neglect or abuse that no-one else even suspected. In 2020, helping young people and their families with forced upon us change, covid-19 lockdown and mental well-being; it has never before been so relevant.
I am thrilled to be a part of the Chatbus Team, a cause close to my heart and the sort of task I have loved to get my teeth into - helping to build a sustainable service offering.
